How to use chemical reagents

When repacking chemical reagents in the laboratory, generally solid reagents are placed in wide-mouth bottles, liquid reagents or prepared solutions are placed in narrow-mouth bottles or drop bottles, and reagents that are easily decomposed by light (such as AgNO3, KMnO4, H2O2 , CH3Cl, etc.) should be placed in a brown bottle. Each reagent bottle should be labeled with the name, strength or concentration and date of the reagent.
And apply a thin layer of wax to the outside of the label to protect it. During the experiment, various reagents can be used as needed. Before using the reagent, read the label clearly to avoid using the wrong reagent. When taking it, first open the bottle cap (stopper) and place it on the laboratory bench. If the cork is not flat but flat, use the index and middle fingers to clamp it or place it on a clean watch glass, never lay it on the table to avoid contamination.
After taking the reagent, you should cover the bottle cap (plug) in time. It is absolutely forbidden to wear the bottle cap (plug), and then put the label of the reagent bottle to the original place. It is worth pointing out that chemical reagents should not be touched by hand; when using reagents, pay attention to saving, and take as much as you use; those with recycling value should be put into recycling bottles.
