Irregular vaginal bleeding, prevention is better than cure, it is recommended to:
1. Married women should have a routine gynecological examination every 1-2 years in order to detect genital inflammation in time, and cervical cytology can screen out early cervical cancer. Imaging examinations such as B-ultrasound and CT help to detect uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors in time.
2. Older women with obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes are at high risk of endometrial cancer. When abnormal vaginal bleeding occurs, diagnostic curettage should be performed to exclude endometrial cancer.
3. Active treatment of dysmenorrhea can reduce the occurrence of endometriosis.
4. Patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding and headache should undergo CT and MRI examinations to exclude hypothalamic and pituitary disorders.
5. Treat abnormal leucorrhea in time to avoid ascending infection to cause uterus, ovary, fallopian tube and pelvic inflammation.
6. Paying attention to menstrual hygiene and avoiding menstrual sex can reduce the occurrence of genital inflammation.
