Storage of chemical reagents in quality laboratory

Storage of chemical reagents in quality laboratory

1 The storage of chemical reagents is the responsibility of special personnel.
2 The custodian should be a professional and technical person with certain professional knowledge and a high sense of responsibility to ensure that chemical reagents are stored as required.
3 On the cabinets and operating tables in the operation area of the quality inspection room, only the specified number of chemical reagents are allowed, and excessive storage is not allowed. Excess reagents must be stored in the specified storage cabinet.
4 There are many kinds of chemical reagents used in the inspection, and they must be stored in strict accordance with their properties (such as highly toxic, anesthetic, flammable, explosive, volatile, corrosive, valuables, etc.) and storage requirements.
——Classification: general liquid and solid classification. Each category is reclassified according to organic, inorganic, dangerous goods, low-temperature storage goods, etc., arranged in order, neatly stacked and registered.
——Storage: Reagents that are easy to dehumidify, decompose and absorb moisture, lose water and weather, volatile, easily absorb carbon dioxide, easily oxidized, and easily absorb water and deteriorate. They should be sealed or sealed in wax.
Reagents that are easily discolored, decomposed and oxidized when exposed to light should be stored in the dark.
Explosives, highly toxic, flammable, corrosive, etc. should be stored separately.
Highly active reagents should be stored at low temperature and dry.
5 Reagents should be well packaged, tightly sealed, with complete labels, clear contents, and clear storage conditions.
6 When the color changes or turbidity of the reagent occurs, stop using it immediately.
7 Keep the room clean, ventilated, normal temperature and humidity, and ensure that the storage conditions meet the requirements.
8 Check the fire-fighting facilities and equipment once a month to ensure that they can be turned on and used at any time.
