1. Orange tube cap (biochemical tube):

4. Black tube cap (erythrocyte sedimentation tube):
Contains sodium citrate anticoagulant (but the ratio is different from that of the blue cap tube), which is dedicated to the collection of erythrocyte sedimentation specimens.
The amount is 1.6 ml, and it is automatically controlled, otherwise the treatment is the same as 1 and 2 above.
